Background
|
Guido joined the firm (then Broadmore Barnett) as a Solicitor in 2005, and has specialised in employment law since his admission as a Barrister and Solicitor in 2003. Previously, Guido worked in the employment team of Minter Ellison Rudd Watts in Wellington, which included a secondment as an in-house HR/legal adviser with a major State sector client. Guido regularly represents clients at mediation, and has appeared as counsel in the Employment Relations Authority, Employment Court, and in the District and High Courts. Guido has also provided training and presented seminars to clients on a number of employment issues.
